Students enrolled in partner universities and colleges are also welcome to use Everett Community College’s library, cafeteria, open computer labs, and wireless connectivity. The resources below are provided to help you enjoy your time on campus.

Textbook Rentals - Buying your textbooks is expensive, and who has time to find high-quality, cheap used textbooks? Be smarter you can rent textbooks for a fraction of the cost, and have them delivered right to your door as fast as the next day.
Dual Admission - Students enrolled at EvCC who have not yet earned 60 credits AND want to enroll in select University Center partner programs, may complete and submit a Dual Application form to the University Center staff in Gray Wolf Hall. You will receive follow-up information that leads to advising from partner universities on how to fine-tune your major preparation. When you are ready to transfer from EvCC, you must apply online to the sponsoring university, indicate that you were earlier dually admitted, and the application fee will be waived.

CWU Student Resources - Central Washington University has a variety of services it offers Everett students. Academic advising, dual admission, writing labs, financial aid counseling, and more.
UC Resource Room - The University Center Resource Room provides extensive program materials from our eight university and college partners.
Test Proctoring - The University Center is an approved test proctoring site for many colleges and universities. Students of partner universities and colleges receive free proctoring while non-member students pay a $25 fee per test. Testing supplies (pencils, scantron sheets, blue books, etc.) are available for purchase. Please note:
- Scheduling is on a first come, first served basis.
- Proctoring is by appointment during office hours.
- Monday-Thursday 8 am to 8 pm, Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.
- Exams must be completed 15 minutes before closing.
- Call 425.259.8900 for an appointment.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your exam time to ensure parking.

Technology - The University Center lobby provides computers for partner student use. These
computers are also very useful for students who wish to enroll in distance learning courses but lack the appropriate computer capacity at home. Distance learning students are welcome to schedule a room to meet and work with student peers to supplement their on-line learning.
Support for Students with Disabilities - University Center provides open facilities access and appropriate furniture for students with disabilities. University Center also works with University partners to support students with proctoring and other selected services. Students requesting services should contact their university’s Disabilities Support Services Office.
